Field Technician (Tier 1 to Lead Technician)

Overview

Install and service structured cabling, security cameras, and access control systems for commercial clients. Every experience level has a place here, from Tier 1 through Lead Technician.

We need technicians who don’t need their hand held. You’ll be the person in front of an unfamiliar panel, an incomplete set of drawings, or a customer who needs a straight answer, and you’ll figure it out. Some days you’re pulling and terminating cable. Other days you’re commissioning an access control panel or wiring up a security camera system. If you take pride in doing it right the first time, we want to talk to you.

This is an evergreen posting covering multiple experience levels, from Tier 1 through Lead Technician. Where you land depends on what you bring; tell us your experience level when you apply. Lead Technicians run crews and own project timelines; Tier 1 and 2 techs build the skills to get there.
